Learning Objective (LO) 1.       DEFINISI KONFLIK Konflik adalah keadaan ketidakharmonisan di antara orang-orang dan terjadi ketika orang-orang memiliki pandangan yang berbeda. Sedikit konflik adalah baik dan dapat menghasilkan pertumbuhan organisasi. Sebaliknya, terlalu banyak konflik dapat melumpuhkan organisasi atau unit. Konflik, jika tidak dikelola, dapat mengakibatkan stres bagi semua yang terlibat, mengganggu kemampuan untuk bekerja sama, dan berdampak negatif terhadap perawatan pasien.
